Ryan Pierce — Founder

I'm a software engineer and the sole founder of PREP. Eight years of backend and full-stack engineering, and enough AWS time to have opinions about it.

Jordan Pierce is my wife and domain partner. She is a licensed real estate agent and transaction coordinator at Arizona Elite Properties in Phoenix, AZ, and has been in the business since 2022. She works both sides intentionally: running her own deals as an agent, and coordinating transactions for other agents as a TC. Most people pick one track. Jordan works both because she wants to understand every part of the business. That dual experience is why PREP is built to serve all three roles, not just one.

About nine months ago I started building PREP after watching Jordan juggle five or six tools that didn't talk to each other. She was losing an hour a night reconciling the same deal data across a spreadsheet, a CRM, and a pile of email threads. Today, PREP has two paying customers and a permanent free tier. I build in public and share what I'm learning here.
