Yes, plan changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then switches to the new tier.

Team and Office plans include one seat in the base price (the workspace owner). Additional seats are $25/month (Team) or $20/month (Office). Each seat is a full user account with access to the shared workspace, role-based permissions, and all collaboration features.
