Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Pierce Real Estate Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Pierce Real Estate Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Subscription Terms

Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period

Free Plan

We offer a free Starter plan for all users. No credit card is required. You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time for additional features and higher limits.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices. We will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pierce Real Estate Platform or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
