Welcome to the PREP Blog
Insights, guides, and best practices for real estate professionals using PREP.
My wife Jordan runs her real estate business across five or six tools that don't talk to each other. Jordan is a working agent and transaction coordinator based in Phoenix, Arizona, and she works both sides of the transaction: running her own deals and coordinating for other agents. I'm a software engineer, so I watch her lose an hour a night reconciling the same deal data across a spreadsheet, a CRM, and a pile of email threads. I built PREP because I couldn't stop seeing how much better it could work, and how much of her evening it was stealing. This is where we share what we're learning: from Jordan's side on the deals, from mine on the software, and from both of us on what it's like to build a product for your own kitchen table.
What You'll Find Here
This blog is written for agents, transaction coordinators, and team leads who are serious about running their business like a business. You won't find generic "5 tips for success" content here. Instead, expect:
- In-depth guides on transaction management, offer strategies, and deal pipeline optimization
- How-to articles walking through PREP features step by step
- Industry analysis on real estate technology trends and what actually matters for your workflow
- Build-in-public updates from the PREP team sharing what we're building and why
Why We Built PREP
Most real estate agents are running their business across four to six separate tools: a CRM that wasn't built for real estate, a spreadsheet for tracking deals, a task app for checklists, a separate calendar for deadlines, and email threads that hold critical context no one can find later.
We built PREP to fix that. One platform for your properties, contacts, transactions, offers, agreements, and checklists. Everything linked together so the right information is always one click away.
