Product Update
Week of July 20, 2026
This update improves active-deal visibility, team handoffs, alerts, and account setup.
This round of product work focused on making active transactions easier to see, assign, and follow through. It also tightened the team paths that came up in real use: invites, recipient selection, access, and mobile account settings.
New
- Archived pipeline view: closed and archived deals now have their own pipeline tab, so active work stays focused without losing older deal history.
- Campaign rosters: contacts can now be grouped into campaign membership lists, which gives lead intake and follow-up work a cleaner base as Campaigns continues to take shape.
- Activation checklist: new accounts get a clearer first-run path to create their first deal, see a checklist generate, and set a follow-up.
Improved
- Team recipient picker: team members now show up as available recipients even when they are not saved as Professional contacts.
- Team invites: expired invites can be revived, team roles are easier to see, and admins have a clearer rename path.
- Mobile account settings: team invite actions and account navigation are easier to use on smaller screens.
- Alerts view: unread, dismissed, resolved, and filtered alert states are clearer, with mobile tap targets sized for real use.
- Daily digest coverage: contact alerts are included for free accounts, so more agents can see what needs attention without upgrading first.
- Public site links: the footer now links to the PREP LinkedIn company page and Ryan's X account.
Fixed
- Campaign membership access: cross-workspace campaign membership reads are blocked before a contact can be added.
- Signup company type: new registrations now create Brokerage companies instead of Lender companies.
- Search results: contact search now checks the server-side result set instead of only searching the contacts already loaded on the current page.
