Product Update
Week of September 28, 2026
Real estate teams can now let active members create campaigns, use team checklists more reliably, and keep workspace access clearer across PREP.
This release gives teammates more room to complete their work while keeping owners informed and making several everyday workflows more reliable.
New
- Team campaigns: Active team members can create and manage their own lead capture campaigns inside the team workspace. The team owner can see every team campaign and who created it.
- Sign-in preferences: Visitors can request Microsoft, Apple, or email sign-in from PREP's login and registration pages so future sign-in options can follow real customer demand.
Improved
- Campaign setup: A new campaign now uses the workspace you are already working in, which removes an unnecessary placement decision.
- Deal filters: Pipeline filters now flow horizontally instead of stacking and taking over the page.
- Public addresses: Labels and explanations now make a clearer distinction between a workspace's public address and an individual campaign link.
- Destructive actions: Discard and public-address confirmation dialogs now use clearer language and higher-contrast buttons in light and dark mode.
Fixed
- Team checklists: Team workspaces can use checklists again, with access following the checklist's related work and workspace.
- Mobile Quick Create: The Create action remains reachable on smaller screens, even when an account belongs to several teams.
- Welcome screen: Existing accounts no longer see the role-selection screen again when signing in from a new device or browser.
- Document access: Documents now follow the access rules of their related deal or checklist, while documents without a related record remain private to the person who uploaded them.
